In The Navy

Recently my father came to the city to visit and on a shopping excursion in SoHo I came across this Navy leather jacket at Zara. And I knew immediately that I had to have it.  (Thanks Dad!)  Navy is going to be an incredibly important color moving forward.  I had a meeting with a prestigious color forecasting service that left Black out of their color palette entirely for Spring 2013, and stressed that it will be all about Navy as a dark neutral base.  Even though that is a year from now, I figured that it was time to start stocking up ahead of time.  Plus I have been craving a varsity jacket for months now, so having this new item solves more then one fashion necessity which is always in style.  You'll be seeing this jacket in more posts in the future because it's my new favorite item.  It's official, I've been recruited to the Navy!
